About Care delivers caring and compassionate support services using trained volunteers with special concern for the homebound elderly and residents living with disabilities in Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, and San Tan Valley, Arizona.
We encourage and enable independent living by assisting our neighbors to continue living in their homes with dignity and self-respect.

What We Do
Because of our wonderful volunteer base, donors and sponsors, we are able to provide clients with the following services at no cost. The services are available on a weekly, monthly or one-off basis. If you are in need of any of the services listed or know someone who is, please call 480-802-2331.
Business Help
Volunteers assist the client with the organization of bill payments, finances, etc.
Friendly Visits
Volunteers visit clients to provide company and social interaction.
Fundraising
Raising awareness and funds to support the ongoing mission and goals of About Care
Information Referrals
Don't see the service you need? Don't worry! We will refer you to someone who can help.
Minor Home Repairs
Volunteers stop by to help the client change light bulbs, filters, etc.
Reassurance Phone Calls
Weekly telephone calls to check on the client's welfare.
Respite Care
Provide break time to the primary, full-time caregiver while offering companionship and overseeing safety.
Shopping and Errands
Shop for or with the clients for groceries, clothes, etc.
Transportation
Provide clients with transportation to medical and/or social appointments.
