Caregiver Reimbursement Programs
Family Caregiver Reimbursement Program
This program offers support with home modifications and assistive care technology. Family caregivers can receive a 50% reimbursement up to $1,000. To qualify, the family member(s) being cared for must be 18 years or older and need help with one or more activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, paying bills or taking medication). Maricopa County Caregiver Support Program
This program offers support with paying for respite, home modification and assistive care technology, adult day health centers, social worker, caregiver training or recreational activity. Voucher is for up to $1,200 per calendar year. Caregiver must live in Maricopa County to qualify. Respite Voucher Program
This program offers reimbursement for any kind of respite. Vouchers are for either $599 (covers 6 months) or $1200 (covers one year). To qualify, caregivers must care for someone with a chronic condition, a developmental disability, or someone who has Alzheimer’s/Dementia. Arizona Veteran Caregiver Support Program
This program offers vouchers for caregivers of Veterans who participate in caregiver educational workshops/classes or caregiver support groups. Vouchers are for up to $1,200. The person receiving care must be a Veteran to qualify.
